Start your day with this vibrant, nutrient-dense breakfast bowl designed to fuel your body and mind. Packed with balanced macronutrients, it’s perfect for stabilizing blood sugar, enhancing digestion, and providing sustained energy throughout your day.

🍃 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa or steel-cut oats
  • 1/4 cup chia pudding (soak chia seeds in almond or coconut milk overnight)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or sunflower seed butter 🥜
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries 🍓
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 🌾
